We needed to replace a very tired old bathroom in a rented cottage and wanted to upgrade with a shower over the bath, but also keep within budget. Nigel came up with good suggestions and we now have a bright, clean and functional new bathroom ready for the next tenants. He was helpful and obliging throughout and readily agreed to move the heated towel rail when we realised it would be better in a different position. We are delighted with the transformation by Nigel and his team and will definitely use them in future when we have any other plumbing requirements. We used NR Heating and Plumbing recrntly first to do a refit of the downstairs cloakroom and then as they were so good to do a complete redesign and refit of an ensuite bathroom in an awkward loft space. They were professional, helpful and knowledgeable throughout both and arrived promptly and cleared away beautifully after. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Phoned NR for annual service, booked in within few days. Darren came over to service oil boiler and did a thorough job, better than we've had before. Very informative and friendly. Highly recommend. Service: Water heater repair
