I am incredibly grateful to the team at Fresh. for hosting the most amazing birthday party for my 5 year old. Clare was such a fantastic help in organising and took all of the pressure off me. On the day, Jodie had come up with an awesome dance to teach an energetic bunch of children with varying levels of attention and she perfectly tailored to our needs as it progressed. We still, weeks later, dance the moves that Jodie taught us and we have the best memories. Thank you all so much for hosting Teds dream birthday. Youre all superstars!

I've been a member of Fresh for almost 6 months now and I am SO pleased I decided to join! Having spent the past 7 years moving from city to city, I've tried so many fitness and dance studios and always struggled to find the right fit. Classes I found fun, were largely unchallenging. Places with challenging classes, I often found cliquey and unwelcoming...and then there was Fresh! Full of life & personality, super friendly & supportive, and classes which make me laugh, sweat and ache (in that order!) It's rare to find somewhere which offers such a variety of adult dance, fitness and wellness sessions. After so long 'out of the game' my fitness, flexibility and capacity to remember choreo had pretty much disappeared. I was nervous to start again but SO thankful I did. They have all the equipment you'll need, excellent instructors, great music and fantastic vibes. Just bring yourself and your water and you're good to go. I leave every session feeling like I've improved and feeling uplifted. I only have great things to say about the Fresh community & could go on and on. HUGE thanks to the Fresh team. Wonderful place filled with wonderful people!

All the classes are amazing and the atmosphere is super friendly and inclusive. Fresh has made exercise fun and enjoyable for me.

We booked a birthday party (silver package) for our sons 6th Birthday Party at Fresh. Jodie ran the session and taught them a dance routine, did party games and glitter face paints for all. The ages ranged between 3 - 7 with half boys, half girls and it was super engaging and fun for all. They even did a little performance at the end for the parents. We were very impressed with how the day ran and would highly recommend throwing a party with Fresh!
