I have never come accross such rude staff in my life , upon asking for a prescription for my 3 year old son , before id even finished speaking the woman just kept saying " No no no no no" after every word i said , while looking me up and down like i was a piece of trash , then disapeared around the back for 10 minutes and came out and said not ready come back later , they now have a sign up saying " saying zero tolerance on abuse" not suprised they get abuse with there attitudes and 0 people skills , going to write to the head office too

Ive been using this pharmacy for about 3 years and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately over the last couple of months they have gone downhill. Went to pick up script yesterday to find the whole place locked, no sign to say why or when they are back. Sainsburys dont want to know either. Called GPs and they were very helpful and re-issued script. Took it to Tesco pharmacy and they said they couldnt do it as it was for a village pharmacy. Just been to them this morning and now they cant do anything with it because its locked into the Lloyds system. I am now left until Monday when I can get back to GP. I am without BP, beta blockers and statins medication in the week that Ive lost my husband so very stressed anyway. I did try ringing another branch where I was left hanging on for nearly 10 mins then line cut out, this happened twice. Gave up THANK YOU LLOYDS FOR NOTHING!!! Wish I could have not awarded any stars.
