        Body Shape Fitness are brilliant. They run tremendous classes for a good cross section of ages and have classes at timings to suit everyone. Its great to exercise outdoors and even in wet cold weather you feel inspired and positive after each workout. I am so happy to be part of BSF.

        The 6 week challenge is AMAZING! I lost 1 stone & 30cm in 6 weeks!! The classes are suitable for all fitness levels and the team are so friendly and always available to assist. Loved the 6 weeks so much I have carried on to achieve more fitness & strength goals.
