Anna is lovely and down to earth and makes her clients feel comfortable and at ease, and makes sure they understand what shes doing and what happens during and after the procedure. I especially appreciate that shes open and honest with clients in regards to colours, what to expect, what will and wont work for their particular skin type, etc. As a client - and especially when it comes to a semi-permanent procedure - I want to know Im in good hands with someone who not only is skilled in their work but is also confident enough to tell me if something isnt a good idea or isnt possible, etc, and explain to me the better options and why. I also appreciate that Anna is always still educating herself and keeping up with any changes in the industry, as this shows a dedication to keep performing at a top level and to keep offering the best possible procedures for her clients. I was in Annas chair for two hours and the conversation flowed the entire time and I never once felt uncomfortable or apprehensive. In fact I had to keep myself from laughing several times as we were talking to keep my face from moving! Overall a great experience and I definitely recommend Anna! Considering I had no eyebrows anna has done a fab job of giving me soft natural gorgeous brows. I'm constantly being complemented on them, im so so pleased. Loved working with anna, very professional & welcoming. Even calmed my nerves as I was convinced it would hurt (Which it didnt)

I have had a terrible unprofessional experience with Anna. I sought Anna thinking she would perform a secondary good job for microblading previously gone wrong. On attending her clinic, she immediately put my at unease when she admitted she was unable to safely and medically dispose of the needle she would be using on me to perform microblading. This immediately made me feel uncomfortable and that I was not in professional hands. I was unclear if other customer needles were also disposed off in an equally negligent, unhygienic and unsafe manner. This is unacceptable especially post COVID and when dealing with needles. She nonetheless performed the procedure on me. I was also asked to complete a number of pre checks and felt pressure to complete quickly in front of her knowing that I couldn't proceed without singing such disclaimers. After the procedure, I felt yet more pressure to pay the deposit in advance of the top up. She asked for this immediately after the procedure Unfortunately after the procedure I realised that Anna had performed a terrible job. The eyebrows were uneven, different heights, shapes and thickness. DO NOT TRUST OR RELY ON ANNA I let Anna know that I wasn't happy with the outcome and instead of engaging in dialogue to see if she could help, she repeatedly fobbed me with saying she would resolve through her insurance company. On asking for help a refund due to her poor outcome, she refused to take my calls, pretended she was resolving through her insurance company and will not respond to my calls or messages. It has been over 3 months since the procedure, an I am left embarrassed to be seen in public because of the both job. My advice - DONT SEE ANNA , SHE HAS BEEN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE AND FULL REFUND Services: Medical micropigmentation, Permanent makeup, Ombre eyebrow styling, Microshading
