Really wouldnt recommend,They gave me retainers when I was about 12 to straighten my teeth, made me wear them for around 1 year to 18 months, was then told I did not need to wear them anymore and needed no further treatment and that this will keep my teeth straight ,now they are back to the awful wonky state they were in before and they are adamant on doing nothing about it.I have been back multiple times asking if anything can be done and its always the same answer, no.They should have waited until I was the appropriate age and given me proper braces yet instead they cut corners to give them a quicker option and now I am the one suffering the consequences - when they shouldve followed the correct procedures. The reception staff and assistants are lovely but thats about it

Several years ago my son had braces for 18 months and the staff were wonderful from start to finish. Now, my daughter has just had braces fitted. She is 12 and was quite nervous but all the staff were welcoming, friendly and put her at ease straight away. I have always found the staff to be fantastic on every occasion and couldn't be more helpful and very professional. The Orthodontic therapist Sian fitted both my children's braces and is a credit to the practice.
