        When I first came in I was so nervous but your staff were brilliant they made me feel so welcome and helped me to pick my glasses, your staff are by the best I've ever had, thank you so much to the ones who helped me, when I got my glasses and put them on for the first time I couldn't belive on how much I could see, I had a tear in my eye, i felt so overwhelmed by it all, a huge huge thank you to your workers.
