        Hearing appointment - I was told I should come back with NHS letter otherwise how Specsavers will get paid. Twice I mentioned the RNID online report but He completely ignored that, saying all should be fine at Your age. You shouldn't waste anyone's time like that.

        I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The optician was easy to talk to. He answered my questions quickly and made me feel that he knew what he was talking about. The customer service lady was very helpful in helping me choose my glasses.

        I am pleased with my new glasses. Very satisfied with the whole experience from the tests, then the getting me into Wisbech ACES for the cataracts procedure, then tests, choosing my new glasses with good advice from everyone. Thank you.
