The facilities for children to begin with is outstanding. The present manager (Chloe) and past manager (Jess) are totally brilliant professionals together with their team of well motivated staffs in the catepillar and penguim rooms. My son start the nursery at 3 months and he is 3 years old soon. He has truly developed and learned more than we could imagine. Very reliable bunch of staffs. Thank you to the Ely team for all you do for our and my child. Merci beaucoup!

I strongly recommend you sit down with someone here and go through all the paper work carefully with someone who actually knows what theyre talking about. The information we received seemed absolutely perfect with our hours on top of government funding - However what we thought we were getting and what we got was poles apart. Our child attends for six hours a day but were charged for twelve hours because of the companies set up times of Am and Pm sessions. If you fall into both Am and Pm sessions with your times you will be charged the maximum of these sessions regardlessly. We was not given accurate financial informal initially, we were then told (after being invoiced) that they can only claim a certain amount of our childs government funding per week (so whats the point in having it?) another grey area. On top of this the first invoice we were charged for weeks and weeks prior to my child even attending the nursery. Oh, and double billed a month! 1st invoice!! Great start. Im pleased we never signed the banking paper work with the child (under 18) admin worker here who tried to get us to sign as we discussed everything upon reading another review here I just read about a lady struggling to be credited back 100. How this place helps working families Ill never know - its extortion. Money well spent but the business plans crafty. This is just an honest review from our experience, we simply would have appreciated the correct information first time round is all, from experienced staff. Shame, our child loves it and is blossoming ever so well - hats off to the staff surrounding the children Credit where credits due, again being honest.

So its been over two months that I was supposed to receive a refund for my registration fee and I have not received it. No one will answer my emails or calls. My child was supposed to start nursery in December and when we came for the first day of settling in sessions. The lady at the front desk had no idea that we were coming in or who my child was. She also said that there had been a wave of covid and that the school was not caring for children that week. She mentioned that staff were sick on Friday and this was now Monday no notification, no calls but hey they didnt even know my child was coming in. Guess my expectations were already to high! It was a horrible first impression, I didnt like the communication or the interaction at all. And I am supposed to trust your organisation with the care of my child. I dont think so!!!! and now Ive been ghosted out of 100. Zero stars would not recommend, so extremely disappointed!
