Needed a new stopwatch for a job pretty swiftly. This company were selling at a reasonable price. In this online world it is important that companies listen to delivery instructions particularly if you live very remotely as I do. My contact at Saturn kept me informed and ensured I had all details in case of problems, of which there were none. I would highly recommend this company particularly with regard to their communication and excellent customer service.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! When I ordered a Fastime stopwatch Saturn sports were very speedy in letting me know the status of my order. 18 months later, I sent an email on a Saturday evening as the watch seemed not to be working properly and I need it for my athletics TimeKeeping duties. I received a reply within 30mins asking me to check the memory and advising how to do this. Sure enough, the memory was full and I was quickly and easily able to clear it. So the stopwatching is working perfectly again and I am one very happy customer. Thank you Chris and Saturn Sports :-)

I ordered a Hanhart Amigo Mechanical Stopwatch from Saturn Sports recently and cannot fault them for their prompt service, and the quality of the item supplied. Although their website quoted a delivery time of approximately 6 weeks a phone call to Chris established they had one in stock and it was delivered by courier the following day - a truly friendly, efficient and entirely positive experience - I highly recommend them and will most definitely buy from Saturn Sports in the future.
