Absolute joke very rude receptions except for valery, Dr's don't give a monkeys about patients except to keep pumping people with meds and hope they just fade away and a disgraceful surgery manager amateur hour they really are basically ALL Dr's do is tell you to take meds because big pharmaceutical companies pay huge bonuses on how many people they get onto medication for them

It gives a terrible impression that the person who answers the phone is blatantly rude. No hello or asking a name just date of birth. Nor are they able to deal with a change in my phone number no matter how many times they are told

They are going to kill someone soon! Atrocious service. Messed up my husbands prescription so many times and when you call them, they dont even care! They just pass blame to everyone else. Disgusting!

I had my booster here. The process was so well organised, I was in and out in 5 minutes. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I barely felt the jab, unlike my first 2!
