Gem Tyres, Exhausts, Brakes and Batteries

Had a puncture en route from Herts to Norfolk on a Saturday - arrived at Gem just as they were closing up for the day, but James saw my 2 small children, dog and pregnant wife and reopened to fix the tyre so we wouldn't be stranded and had the range to complete our journey before replacing. Well above the call of duty especially given the low price of the job! Me and my family cannot thank you enough.

Fantastic service. Every single person was polite, interested and did their best to help get near the very competitive online prices. I can justify every single penny extra I paid. As their service went beyond negotiating prices. They were fast in getting my tyres and a quick appointment too as my tyres needed urgent attention. Thank you all

After finding a nail/screw in my front offside tyre yesterday evening after everywhere was closed. I messaged Gem and they told me to pop by when they opened this morning. I was met by James who brilliant. He checked over all four tyres, found out Id been completely screwed over by someone Id used previously and gave me the long and short of it all that I needed two new front tyres. Initially told me it would be Monday to get my tyres in stock, then went back and had a look through the tyres just in case, came back to me and told me it was my lucky day and he could change them there and then for me as there were two that fit my car! James was unbelievably helpful and helped me to stay calm about it all where previous places have thrown jargon and the most expensive repairs at me and been of no comfort. Not James, he was so professional but so friendly and I couldnt recommend him more. Will be going back to Gems for the foreseeable. Great prices, great service. Thank you so much James!!
