Really poor. Our train was changed from one platform to the another on the other side of the station at the last minute. No information on the platform screen to inform us, the train just disappeared from the screen. Yes there was a tannoy announcement, but if you can understand them you have better hearing than me. Missed my train even though I think I passed Usain Bolt on the dash through the underpass. Had I been disabled or a person of advanced years, there is no way I could have made it either When I politely complained to staff and asked why wasn't the platform screen updated, they said they did not know, and that I should tweet about it so that management might take the complaint seriously. I replied that I was unlikely to create a Twitter account just to circumvent the inadequacies of their business. Still on the platform waiting for a train, please say hi when you come by, I'm sure I'll be here a while.
