We were struggling with our newborn son who had a tongue tie, and the waiting list through the NHS was too long to wait so we had no option to go private. Sarah was able to get us booked in the quickest and we were made at ease by other reviews posted. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, and if we had any questions she was able to answer them clearly as well. We were given lots of follow up information and advice going forwards, and Sarah was happy to support us after the procedure. Would definitely recommend Sarah's services to anybody.

We have been to Sarah twice now; once in 2017 with our daughter and again yesterday with our son. Both times we have been extremely happy with the thorough and professional service. The clinic is very clean and welcoming and Sarah explained everything clearly before we consented to the procedure going ahead. Lots of follow up information given and all questions we had were answered to our satisfaction. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for breastfeeding or tongue tie advice.

Have seen Sarah with both of my babies as the both had tongue ties. She put me at ease and she is an expert in her field. Her advice was very practical and helpful, especially during the pandemic when there werent as many services running.

Never made it to an appointment with this lady, she was so self righteous in her refusal to refund my 40 deposit even though I gave her a weeks notice and she told me she had filled the slot. My reason for cancelling was valid; my breastfeeding issue had resolved itself in the 2 weeks since Id booked the appointment. She did offer to move my deposit to another appointment since it is non-refundable, but there was no way I wanted to give her another 60 given how rude and abrupt she was via email. Beware.

Sarah is certainly very knowledgeable about the subject of breastfeeding and you can learn a lot from her about how to improve any problems you might be having! However, she is very clinical and abrupt, which can make it difficult to absorb the information especially as a sleep-deprived new parent. If her "bedside manner" improved, then it would be a lot easier to take on board what she is saying.
