Pocock and Shaw in Ely have provided the best service for my elderly parent, who bought through P&S 10 years ago, and is now selling through them. They really understand my parent's foibles and have helped immensely with every aspect of the sale - marketing the property, supporting with legal aspects, always with a good sense of humour and focus on the sale. Highly, highly recommend.

Pocock & Shaw in Ely are great agents. We have recently moved out of our rental managed by them and into our first home. Whilst we were with Pocock, they were amazing! They were pleasant to deal with, fast in responding to our requests and they were also quick with getting any issued that arised sorted. The staff were friendly and I can honestly recommend them if you are looking at renting or selling/buying a home!

Very happy to recommend! Having recently purchased an our new home via Pocock & Shaw in Ely, I was super impressed with their professionalism and relentless effort they gave with aiding the completion process. Quite often, both vendors and buyers solicitors can be difficult to reach and receive updated from. What really impressed me was the effort that Elen from the Ely office gave with getting the completion over the line. They are great communicators with all emails and telephone calls being answered promptly. Thank you to all the team at Pocock & Shaw.

We experienced Pocock and Shaw twice, buying in Ely 2017, and selling in Ely 2022. When we bought, Magnus at P&S was very helpful in connecting us early to a property. He obviously loves living in Ely and enjoys sharing his knowledge of property in the city. We were thrilled with the property but more so with Magus commitment to keeping us in the loop at all stages. Even when transactions became complicated, we always felt like we were in good hands. When we came to sell five years later, we were in no doubt about who we wanted to sell the property. P&Ss price was very competitive and the service was exemplary. We agreed a sale within a few days at a price that exceeded our expectations. Our chain took some time to complete, but Magnus managed expectations throughout. Professional service from start to finish.
