        I started going to Maria a few years ago as a result of health issues associated with being fat, sedentary, middle-aged and suffering from a bad back (amongst other things) since I was a teenager. While she didn't help with losing weight (that was the gym and missing breakfast), she has helped my back immensely. A monthly session means I'm relaxed and able to move with less pain, if I avoid tripping over the dogs, for ages. I can't recommend her highly enough!
