Need a form signed by an accredited person or organisation (parish chairman, police or solicitor) in which they confirm that I am still alive. That form was issued by my pension provider and is required to continue receiving that pension. I contacted this practice by phone to ask if they could help. Within seconds the secretary replied: "We don't do that type of work". Checking my ID and establishing that I am still alive would have taken them less than 3 minutes. I would of course have paid the fee they would have charged. I found her exceptionally unhelpful and almost rude.

Natasha assisted in drafting our will (via the National Free Wills Network). She was extremely knowledgeable and personable while helping us that we used her services again to assist with another matter. Highly recommended!
