        I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this firm. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services to anyone. While I prefer not to go into detail, I believe it's important to warn other customers about my negative experience.

        There was nobody available to deal with my enquiry around a quote for conveyancing, the receptionist took my details and informed me someone would call me back, which did not happen. During lockdown the same firm declined to process a confirmation of identity for me. It is a shame as this is the nearest solicitors to where I live.
