Ely Funeral Directors

I recently had cause to use Ely Funeral Directors as I lost my dear Mum on 25th February 23. From start to finish Gemma & Darren put me at ease through that sad time. They were professional and sympathetic throughout, yet still offered a warm and caring atmosphere everytime I spoke to them on the phone or visited the funeral home. This is the second time we have used Ely Funeral Service in the last few years as their customer care is excellent. Gemma took care of everything in a kind and professional manner. Was easy to contact and quick to respond. On the day of Dads funeral everything was done with great dignity by Darren and his team.

From our first contact with Gemma, to the funeral day with Darren, Ely funeral service surpassed themselves. The contact I had with the funeral service throughout the preparations were excerlent. The limousine driver and all the staff were superb and truly deserving of the title dignity with distinction. Our service had a few things which we wanted like taking in a specific route. The funeral service could not have done anything to make our day go as far as possible smoothly. The flowers provided were amazing and the surprise of the memory box was unexpected but greatly received.
