        Totally useless. Been 8 months waiting for them to fix a light switch after neglecting to do it on the previous 3 visits. Job is still not done and they refuse to return my messages or calls. Consistently set dates to do the work and then don't turn up. When they did turn up they don't do everything they should. Absolute shambles.

        I needed some Emergency work carried out after my usual contractor let me down. Terry quickly responded to my call and send along his team to fix my issue. He then called me to make sure all was okay and make sure all was fixed. Since then, I have used Terry and his team for many of my projects, which have been completed quickly, effectively and under budget. I'm happy and impressed.
