very poor. The dentist made a mess removing my tooth. Leading to severe pain and having to go to another dentist. Left to suffer over the covid lockdowns. They never did finish my work which included two fillings. Then told me I was kicked out due to not going to an appointment i never even had booked. Do not trust this place

Having recently moved from Chequers Hall to St Marys, I wish I had moved years ago! Fantastic, friendly and amazing dental surgery with a wonderful atmosphere. All staff were smiling, even in a massively busy environment and the dentist (Thomas Norfolk) was superb and put my children at ease. Brilliant service!

What a great team! Really impressive advice which I followed and my gums and teeth are improving thanks so much to Salma (?) and Debbie the hygienist also want to mention patient friendly front of house reception team.

Great surgery. Highly recommended. Reception staff always smiling and helpful and having seen 2 dentists they have both been great.

UPDATE: 1. The fact that the clinic is sending reminders 1 WEEK ahead of the appointment is simply NOT true. It is always maximum 24h before the appointment. 2. The front desk did not apologies but was rather rude to me. 3. Again, if something wasn't charged correctly, it is not the fault of the patient but the person who actually writes the bill, in this case either the doctor or his assistant. If I do this at my job, I won't ask the client to cover my mistake but take responsibility for that. 4. As I have said, sending reminders is so common that is expected from a reputable clinic to do so. Some clinics go the extra mile and send SMS and follows up with a call on the day. I'm absolutely furious by how this clinic treated me. 1st they claim that it's not the clinic's responsibility to send reminders when appointments are made months in advance. Other clinics DO bother and send emails and SMS to their patients reminding them 48h ahead of their booked appointment. 2nd they claim it's somehow MY fault that the payment made for treatment is 30 less (instead of 300 was 270) and my deposit for the hygienist was taken away from me without me knowing about it. I have paid what was written on the piece of paper handed to me by the doctor. The clinic should discuss this with their staff not with their patients. So unprofessional! 3rd I have a cracked crown from this clinic for which I have paid . Let's see whom they blame next. Once I'm done with this I'll have to seriously think if I go back there or not. If you are their patient, take receipts and keep them as you would a lottery ticket. You never know what surprise awaits for you.
