Staff are absolutely amazing. The manager is always present and very helpful and goes above and beyond for you, she is a blessing to this store as are the staff Nothing is too much trouble. Very spacious, clean airy store with everything you could need for your weekly shop! They do parcel service for DHL and dpd as well as offering deliveroo. A much needed store in the city of Ely.

5 minute walking distance from me Deep hand baskets Has 2 self-service tills Friendly and helpful staff that know what they are doing Cider selection is lacking sometimes, but I do love the Co-op cloudy cider It's not a massive shop, but it has what you need. Food, snacks, toiletries, etc

Conveniently 2 minutes fr8m home so gets visited a lot for forgotten basics. Since acquired by Co-op there has been a marked improvement in customer service and continuity of the staff which is a positive sign. My experience has been the staff are really helpful and pleasant. A good selection of all the basics and other foods you would not but every day such as different cheeses, continental meats, lots of different ready meals, fresh meat and vegetables/salads and fruit selections. Fresh bakery section. Good wine choices but pricey. The freezer section a bit lacking compared to the choices of fresh food. They are really 'hot' on out of date items, there's always someone checking. I believe they have daily deliveries so generally well stocked. They are pricey compared to the same items I buy in my weekly shop elsewhere, which did surprise me a bit given it's a Co-op, however it's a convenience version so you pay for that. On the whole, it's good to have it up the road and a major positive improvement to the previous ownerships.
