        I was a little disappointed to be directed to the machine rather then the open cashier, but the staff were very friendly and helpful, coming over to help me which was kind. It got quite busy and the wonderfully eccentric branch manager(?) came out to help and amuse people which was funny and impressive.

        Polite enough, but I came in to deal with a human not a machine. The lady who insisted I use the machine will sadly be making her own position redundant. Oh well, I suppose that's what Nationwide want.
