        This accountancy firm is not for small businesses. My parents received poor advice that cost their small business significantly. Mistakes were made in their calculations, which were not spotted as part of their own processes and no apology was made after they were discovered. They seemed incapable of explaining accountancy concepts in laymans terms for those less knowledgeable than themselves. Very disappointing and would not recommend.
