A lovely place to take a walk in the country along the old railway line through the woods. There is car parking and the walk is on solid ground for most of the route. At the Wynyard end there is bench seating and tables if you want to bring a picnic. We have visited at all parts of the year and it's lovely to see the changes in plants, trees, flowers and wild animals depending on the time of year we visit. It's just sad that a VERY small number of dog owners are irresponsible and don't clean up after their pets!!
