TA Roofing York

TA roofing repaired an older, badly done attempt at chimney flashing and a dry ridge system (by another roofer). The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, with photos taken along the way to point out what needed doing. The roofers were extremely efficient and left no mess. If I hadn't been home at lunchtime to check on the dog I would never have known they were there. The work seems very well done and looked to have withstood a serious downpour just after being carried out. Many thanks.

One star is one star too many. They turned up for a quote and sat in their car for 10 mins and then drove off. I watched and waited I went out to open the garage tried to get eye contact but he was looking at his phone and then he drove off as I walked out of the house again to speak to him. They then had the cheek to ring to apologise and blamed me for not answering the door when he knocked. I would have, but he didn't knock. But the customers never right!!! The tried to say don't judge on one incident but made NO effort to say sorry. I said to prove it and come and give a quote but she said they had nothing to prove. At that point I hung up. I was fed up of been told I was a liar

I was delighted with the work that TA roofing staff undertook. It is always difficult to find a trustworthy roofer as it is not always easy to see what work needs to be done and what is completed. The team at TA roofing was completely professional and friendly and communicated clearly all the work that needed to be done and as work progressed. I strongly recommend them for any roof work.
