We hired a four person tub for the second time and it was again a great experience. Very smooth, arrived on time, collected on time, is a really robust tub and we had a great weekend with it. Definitely be a returning customer again! Thank you Hellohottub team !

A great company to deal with. I hired a hot tub for 3 nights for my wife's 40th birthday. The York branch was absolutely great and I couldn't ask for more. Mandie was in contact a couple of days before the hire date, then the morning of the delivery and even messaged me during the hire to check that everything was ok. I received a delivery slot between 11 and 12 and at 10:55, the Hello Hot Tub van arrived outside my house. Everything was layed out on the lawn where I wanted and the tub was setup by 11:30 ready for the following day. The tub was very clean and it was really easy to maintain by changing filters every night. I'm looking forward to my next hire with them. Just need an excuse..

WOULD CERTAINLY USE AGAIN!! This company were so easy to deal with and made the whole process of booking easy. When Mandie came to put the hot tub up she did it really quickly and explained everything to me. I was out when she removed it and it was lovely to come home and have the garden exactly as it had been before the hot tub landed! Fabulous weekend with no effort at all from me!! Bliss!

We hired a hot tub from the York branch for our 11 year olds birthday party and would highly recommend. They were so friendly and helpful, when a problem occurred they came out on the morning of the party with a pump to keep the air topped up. They even let us keep the hot tub for an extra day for the inconvenience. They were on hand when needed and threw in a birthday treat. We had one very happy girl! Thank you so much.

I was very disappointed in the service we received from these people. At first, they came across very professional saying and selling all the right things but when it came to delivering what's being advertised on the tin.. They fell well below poor. Not only was I livid on how they mistreated my wife but didn't even have the decency to give alternatives on how they could of catered to our needs. I have never come across a company who would turn around to a customer and say, "YOUR NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER" absolutely appalling! Disrespectful, foul mouthed, inconsiderate individuals! Best believe you will not hear the last of us.
