        Weve been to Center Parcs several times and usually had a great experience, but Paul, Cobbo and Ian went above and beyond for us this time after we had an issue with a bike lock. These kinds of experiences set Center Parcs apart from everywhere else

        I cant think of enough nice things to say about the staff at the cycle centre at Elveden. They are so amazing. We went to them for help when my sons front brake kept coming apart. They were so lovely, and gave us a hire bike free of charge to tide him over while they took a look at it. When we returned to pick it up a few hours later they had not only fixed it, but completely replaced the front brake and given it a service! Paul and Euan, you are absolute superstars

        Great team at the cycle center! I had an issue with my first bike. I won't say what but these guys were quick to sort it out. They knew I had no intention of kicking up a fuss as all was well but they still called to check on the new one and gave me a full refund for that bike, as well as the replacement they had already given. I spoke to a few people who were all great so I won't say any names as I think that is just normal for their team and reflects on all of them
