        Dreadful! We had grandchildren vomiting. Promised cleaning, never came. When I complained lady I spoke to put the phone down on me. Eventually washing up and general cleaning liquid were delivered. Needless I will be submarine a formal complaint! This is appalling..

        I have been going to centre Parcs every year for a decade but the decision to lose housekeeping is a disgrace. I was told there was a survey and the majority of customers didnt want it. I dont believe that for one minute its an obvious cost saving. Even the housekeepers on site want it to come back. When you pay thousands for the holiday this is a big mistake centreparcs. I waiting for housekeeping to be added as an activity to be paid for like den building! Wouldnt be surprised if some bright spark comes up with that idea.

        Friendly and helpful, helped me track down my child's missing shoes. Also very helpful when we were running late for checkout because our childcwas ill. Felt they genuinely cared and wanted to help.
