The Crown Inn Elton

Stayed one night on business last week in the Burghley room, which is a superb and very comfortable room and had dinner in the evening, which was excellent. I would also add that the lady member of staff working last Tuesday evening running the bar was hard working and delivered a five service. Over the years I have stayed here many times and have always found the level of service, the quality of the rooms and food to be consistently of a very high standard.

Came across this beautiful village and pub to go with it. My girlfriend and I popped in for some food but we missed it by 5mins, we proceeded to order a drink and some crisps. Then a gentleman approached us and asked if we were the couple that wanted food, we said yes and after a brief exchange and finding out he was the chef and owner and it was his day off! He said he would be happy to make us a few plates of Tapas up we did tell him not to worry but he insisted. When the food came out it was bloody lovely! Thanks so much for the amazing food and the amazing service!
