1hr 15mins to deliver a pizza that according to your own website was ready within 20mins. I live 1.5miles from your shop. You took 1 hour to deliver it? It was cold when i got it. Never ordering from here again.

I had a great experience there due to their very kind and friendly behaviour with customers. Kid-friendliness: I saw a few teenage girls who were busy with their laptops while using the cafe's electricity plug.

Awful experience recently. Ordered 4 extra large for a kids party via the website, and after 60 mins, I called them to ask for an update, so be told it would be another hour or two before they could be made. The pizzas are great but service is awful. I would recommend collection only from this branch so you can see how busy they are before ordering. The online ordering system doesnt allow the site to switch it off (like Deliveroo) so that orders can be completed without more build up of orders.
