I have been working with Lauren for the last 10 weeks which has coincided with the lock down period. She has put together a fitness and meal plan that suits my needs and has worked with me on setting and achieving realistic goals. Her Zoom sessions are varied, fun but also challenging. Ive been really impressed with Laurens applied knowledge and expertise in supporting me to gain strength, tone and also lose body fat. The results speak for themselves and on top of the physical changes, Im feeling better in myself and have more body confidence. Its the detail and commitment to achieving your goals that makes the difference and Lauren has this in abundance. I would highly recommend Lauren as an experienced, adaptable and knowledgeable Personal Trainer.

Lauren, is an amazing pt and I could not recommend her more. She is great because she really listens. She listens to what you want to achieve and your goals but also what challenges you might have as well. And because shes always learning new things and challenging herself you get this benefit in your training. After a session with Lauren I always feel incredible. She provides just the right amount of challenge and encouragement that works for me.

Lauren makes working out fun! I've never been motivated enough to join a gym or go out running on my own so this is the perfect solution. No Gym, No equipment - just fun ways to get fit in the local area. I don't notice the time go as we never do the same thing twice!

Thank you Lauren for a very informative and fun workout session. The program you suggested is working well for us and we thoroughly enjoy it. Our overall fitness and strength is much improved and we are looking forward to meeting up with you again soon for our Spring routine and taking it all up a notch !

I would definitely recommend Lauren she is a great teacher and very patient. I am not a great fitness person but she has encouraged me to quit my comfort zone and I feel so much better for it!
