Busy Bees at West Ealing Day

My daughter has been at Busy Bees since before her first birthday in 2018. Now, nearly three years later, we are so happy that we chose Busy Bees in West Ealing to be her safe and happy 'home-away-from-home'. From Day 1, the teachers and team have been so warm and kind that they have become like family, and have really created a wonderful environment for the children to play and make friends. Our daughter has grown in confidence and has benefitted from a great foundation for the next steps in her education. I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery to all.

I enquired with this nursery about availability in May 2022. They invited me to an induction, to which I was fairly satisfied. I had many emails and phone calls after this whereby Nicola reminded me to register. I was viewing other nurseries in this time and generally busy with my job and my daughter. I followed up with Nicola by phone in July and she confirmed the Monday and Friday mornings were the most available. I registered for these slots, shortly after the call, because they were most available, with the hope of increasing my daughter's attendance with the nursery's availability. Over two months later, I had an email from another email address letting me know that there was no availability for what I registered for the foreseeable future. And that's that really. Nothing else to my experience except that I've found it impossible to enroll. Absolute waste of time and hope.

Harvy has always been able to bring together nursery teachers who, above anything else, care deeply about the children who walk through the door each morning. Each member of the Busy Bees West Ealing staff has been instrumental in teaching my two children in the best, most fun ways. The team regularly go above and beyond. The entire team are amazing. We were very lucky to have Busy Bees West Ealing so close to us. But to be honest, wherever we may move to in the future, I get the feeling well always stay in touch - just such lovely people. Its also worth mentioning that this year we have been lucky to have met many of the parents of the children and all of them are so lovely and kind. Again, I think well likely be friends a lot longer than our children attend. You cant buy that! Its down to the culture that attracts the right people.
