Avoid these rogues anytime. Ricky sandhu is the director and will only respond till the time you sign the contract. Forget your deposit money. And you wont get a response on any maintenance issue until you call 100 times over. Lots of greedy and irresponsible landlords out there but the sandhus have pushed the limits and are at the top of the list of people you should avoid doing business with. Leasehold or tenancy go snywhere else but here
