        Whilst my mother in law was using the services of Elena Care she had her cards cloned and money stolen as she rarely goes out we can only assume it was possibly an employee of Elena care as nobody else comes into her home. There is no evidence of this however there has been absolutely no phone call or contact made from the management team to check how she is, this was a very upsetting and stressful time and the first time we put our trust in an outside organisation to assist in terminal ill family member. I would not advise anyone to trust this company with vulnerable family members.

        Best care agency very friendly staff specially manager is very nice man. Eleanor looks after my aunty I m working full time and so relx to have Eleanor carers are very good and experienced.
