This was our first time renting with Dexters, and negative experiences with other agencies in the past we were skeptical. However, Jourdain and the team were excellent. Prompt communication by phone and email with no question too complicated (and we had many!). Very reasonable. Highly recommend!

The reference check process is more strict than other agencies. I dont recommend this agency if you just moved from overseas. There is no onboarding. I had to follow up on bills, broken lighting fixture, or how to operate remote doorbell system myself.

Great communication, particularly Daniel. He was always on hand to answer any questions and support us through the process. Even when things dont go to plan, Daniel found us another property that was perfect. Would highly recommend using Dexters when searching for a property. Thank you very much!

Working with Dexters West Ealing on letting my property has been a wonderful experience for me as a Landlord since day one especially dealing with Daniel who has been enthusiastic and dedicated every step of the way.
