I ordered lime green feathers for my fascinator for a wedding today. What they sent me, 3 weeks later, was NOT lime green but a different green. Had a rude email back assuring me it was lime green! Other suppliers sent lime green ribbons etc and within 2 days!

I placed an order on the website for 32 small felt hats a week ago and was told via email that the colours I had ordered were not in stock. We had a few email exchanges until I asked if they could tell me the colours they do have and I can let them know which I'd like. I've sent 6 emails chasing and no response, I've received a dispatched email with a royal mail tracking number for an item that royal mail haven't even received. Their phone number also doesn't work so I am thinking they have taken off with my money! Avoid purchasing from them at all costs!
