wow in response to the below review nexus have claimed my review is fraudulent and threatened me with legal action. They have broke consumer law and this is their response I look forward to hearing from your legal team Im sure youll be hearing from the consumer ombudsman. I dont think claiming legitimate reviews are fake is the best advert for a company. Ill say it again avoid at all costs Happy to post pictures of embarrassing correspondence from your customer service team? Sent out the complete wrong flooring and refused to return despite admitting fault as it was outside the 14 day return period. I laughably got told on the phone its on 20mm difference in size and they admitted they would never have been fulfill the original order in the first place. I spoken to citizens advise who has stated as it was not as described they legally have to refund or return for up to a year.They take the money and then wash their hands of it. Its not even bad customer service its basically just stealing your money despite what the law says. They seem to have a lot of fake positive reviews online from all accounts and Ive spoken to others within the industry who have had problems. Avoid at all costs.

Really pleased with Nexus. They were clear on price and payment. Most importantly the quality of work was brilliant. We ordered parquet herringbone flooring and it looks really good. Highly recommended

Purchased flooring at Nexus six years ago, and again a few days ago to match the previous. Now like then they provided excellent value, a quality product and top class customer service. Anyone willing to buy engineered flooring and install themselves should take a look.

Dont touch this company they are fraudulent. Added 6/12/2022: Why would I waste my time making a fake review? Proves the company is horrendous that they would make false accusations. For the record my invoice number is: W73TT
