Bought a pair of toddler boots while in the area, went home to find the security tag not removed. Was such an effort to get back to the shop, finally got there to be told sorry no returns. Only wanted a swap, was actually needing to purchase a bike, lost our business when it could have been resolved by an exchange. Wouldnt have needed to return it if they had provided me with an item that can be used! In response to your reply, we bought this item for my son to use that night. We live outside the area and was in West Ealing to visiting family. We get home only to be disappointed that we couldnt use the boots, your colleague suggested I should have tried to remove the security tag myself. I wasnt prepared to damage the item trying to remove the tag, not something Im used to have to do! Bought from you out of good will only to be put out, having young children and like yourself a business to run, Im sure you would understand the inconvenience caused. All the shoes you have on display are discontinued and were so when we bought them from you. Would have taken any item you had available instead so Im sure no financial loss, Im sure out of good faith rather than policy, you would have had another satisfied customer.

Pretty rubbish customer service. Wanted to charge me 5 for a folded bend up cardboard bike box that every other store gives alway for free!

This shop is not good at all, very expensive And the goods are not good at all I recommend not doing the repairs at all. First, it takes several weeks and then he asks for a very high amount, which is not fair at all. I advise you not to make a purchase at all because you will suffer and lose a lot like me.

Amazing bike shop , they fixed my bike while l did a bit of shopping locally and was ready for me to ride home. Very experienced and friendly staff they go above and beyond for their customers

Great service and a great store: personal and informative - I learnt a thing or two. Got my brake pads replaced and disc-brakes all cleaned up to good condition and my handlebars shortened a little bit. I was told that if I wanted more to be taken off, I can go back and it would be done free of charge, which is the kind of service that makes a small company like this shine over the big chain ones The best thing was probably the speed at which everything was done - end of the day on a Sunday, went back to pick up my bike before they closed!
