I am truly bewildered by the negative & slanderous comments made on here! I do not wish, nore intend to get drawn into the politics of competitive rivalry! Or maybe even racially fuelled bias. However i was a witness to a motor traffic incident some 10 or 11 year's ago. And was subsequently invited to attend an interview. I found them to be, polite, patient, respectful, professional empathetic & sympathetic to the stress & anxiety brought on by having to recount the horrific experience I had witnessed week's before! They basically robbed me for my money these people are criminals and they shouldn't be allowed to carry on what they are doing. Warning do not go to this place, also staff are so rude it is disgusting how they are allowed to be doing what they do. STAY AWAY from this company.
