Denied fair hearing. I had no kegal rep as Tuckers failed to turn up and barrister from a chambers through another firm, was disinstructed as she actually was stoned and smelled of marijuana. Cps never served any vidence. No witnesses. Chares fabricated re my mobey withdrawn at a bank for substantial amount. Then taken by staff, depute signing, they kept receipt . I called police but I was arrested rwo yrs case adjournedcharged ny absence. No knowledge. Mysterioysly no records. Court have since 2014 said, no records when calling but system shows a conviction deslite having elected crown court due to compkexity, crown court kept adjourningm never appealed to them. My case was never trialed. They even had nerve to try and allefe other insults as this was their attempt to silence me as they had no case, malicious on frounds of racism and prejudism.

I believe this to he ridiculous. We attended court and waited allmost 4 hours for the trail to start. The defended never showed up. The trail was at 9.15 am and we waited almost untill 1pm. To be told they had started another trail as he didn't arrive. So they expected us to wait even longer even after waiting 4 hours!. We were also told that if he didn't arrive they would start the trail in his absence. Then why did they start another trail?! Making us wait even longer!. We are very unhappy with this result. We decided to leave as I grew angry for waiting so long. And to be told I was going to be questioned about my evidence whilst I grew angry. So we left. This is a ridiculous reason as to why it has been thrown out of court. So the defendent got away with effecting my life all because I was told lies, and made to wait ridiculous amounts of time.
