      • Caterham Drive

        Unprofessional, demolishing a property with no proper safety equipment, no signage, blocking roads and leave the pavements and road strewn with debris. Failed to disconnect a gas mains through the proper channels and have put the lives of residents at huge risk. We have had to call services and emergency services to deal with their shambolic methods. Awful experience so far and given they've paid almost 800k for the land they're trying to construct flats in an area where a 3 bed mid terrace sells for 400k....clearly unaware of the local area. If they end up in your area building be warned its like watching the chuckle brothers build a house. Services: Refurbishment, Demolition
