Computer King

I thought my Mac was dead and would have to begrudgingly buy a new one ! I popped in to Computer King on the off chance and explained my problem to the very competent and knowledgable proprietor. He even showed me the process of the repair and fixed it the same day hows that for service ? Lovely chap and a skilled and knowledgeable technician also great after care service .Your absolute one stop shop for anything computer related

Raj is a very polite guy, trustworthy. Unfortunately couldn't give 5 stars on this occasion as he wasn't able to fix my HP laptop cracked screen (touchscreen). He couldn't source a replacement screen from his eBay suppliers (always uses grade A level replacements and gives a 1yr warranty). As he couldn't source the screen I was forced to go back to collect my laptop (hassle as I don't live that close). Four stars deserved however as he was honest and refunded my initial deposit immediately. He also recommended another (more expensive) computer repair shop who were able to source the screen and are processing the repair as we speak. I would use him again as he showed me how he takes videos of his repairs so that customers can see that a part was replaced correctly. The whole set up is very honest and transparent.

Excellent service from Raj. He started work on my laptop as soon as I took it in, updated me that evening on the issue, sent a video via what's app on how he'd solved the problem, and I had it back the next day. Can't fault him for expertise and friendly service.
