We couldnt be happier. When we had the idea to get the carpets professionally cleaned, J&J answered our questions even late at night and quoted a very good price, too. Now two days later they did all 3 carpeted rooms in under an hour and all the stains from the previous tenants are gone and the carpets look almost like new again. Employed J&J to clean room and stair carpets and to freshen up sofa and armchairs. I have to admit they did an excellent job. Not only do the carpets look and smell like new I was also very impressed with their professionalism and dedication to get the job done properly. Really pleasant and professional family business. Sorted out all the stains I'd pointed out, and even some I hadn't seen myself. Wouldn't leave until they were sure I was happy. It looks like they have 100% 5-star reviews on here and it's well deserved!
