Richings Design and Build completed the refurbishment and extension of our house in Jan 2018. We had a really positive experience with information coming from site to enable me to organise the deliveries that I was responsible for during the project. There were a few minor snags at the end of the project which Kam was more than happy to come back and put right for us.

Richings design and build has transformed our house completely from inside to out. When we bought the house it was a very small and old property, and we wanted a double story extension and loft conversion as well as transforming our garden. It was a big job so it was very important for us to find someone we could trust. We did a lot of research and met with around over 7 design and build companies and builders. We are so happy we found Kam, he is very professional, friendly, great with communication and he always did his best to stay within our busget. Kam and his team were amazing during the transformation of our house so the process was stress free for us. I highly recommend Richings park design and build!
