        Hanwell Ambulance Crew - call sign B320 - Adam and Ashleigh thank you for your absolutely supreme and excellent service. It was more than just your professionalism but your caring attitude not only for the patient but also to the family members at a distressing time. We appreciate the ambulance service is under alot of pressure in the current circumstances but at no point did these pressing factors hinder the quality of service provided. The ambulance and paramedic arrived in less than 10 minutes. Thank you!

        Discusting been waiting 5 hours for a nhs ambulance to come to my elderly sick mother its been nearly 4 1/2 hours not hear if your 69 and over nhs rather see you dead cant believe Charing Cross sent a 70 year old home at 4am now today waiting 4 1/2 hours no sighn of ambulance and they say clap for nhs when there killing elderly complete wrongens
