He cross contaminated the chicken by using the same tongs on the cooked and raw food. I tried to to explain to him about using different tongs for different meats but he didn't understand me.
The doner meat was cold and the chips were reheated 3 times.
I'll never use this place again.

We have seen no food despite payment being taken.
Numerous phone calls and no-one answers.
It is now 2 hours and 10 mins later and the restaurant is closed.
