        The woman there was serving me than stopped to serve other people with item from the shop and told me to wait. I told her was MY TURN as I also waited, but she didn't care, she served the other people from the shop and left me in the post office to wait. I'm going to complain to the post office as I'm not the first complaining with bad and rude, unfriendly service. They need to find other place or agent!!!

        Update on Dec-2022, I tried my luck again today, the lady (30-ish) managed to scan my prepaid label, if all goes well, this will be my usual going forward, as they open earlier than others (need to double check with them next time). People here are friendly and helpful, but I think there is something wrong with their system. They can never scan my prepaid postage correctly.

        They are very rude. If you need help with anything you are best for going to eltham post office as I can't explain how bad it is here. Not friendly at all
