This might just be the worst surgery in the whole of the UK. Its impossible to get an appointment unless you want to wait weeks and even when you call, the receptionist recommends complaining about the state of unbelievably poor medical care. If you have any alternatives at all, use it rather than trying to persevere with this terrible surgery.

Worst surgery I've ever been to! Other reviews aren't wrong when they says it's impossible to get an appointment. The amount of times I've called for different things and ended the phone call with no appointment is ridiculous! And if you ring up multiple times for the same thing you'll get told to do a completely different thing than last time. No help, they just tell you to do the e-consult which is useless, takes ages and the wording of some of the questions makes it difficult to answer. So stupid, this is supposed to be a place that helps people and you just leave feeling the most anger and frustration ever!

This surgery recently moved to pegler Square with everest health.. the facility looks awesome as it's new and by Berkley homes.. service has been average in previous building, not sure it's going to change here..

I know the whole NHS is suffering through Conservative mismanagement and covid, but this surgery is even worse than should be expected. Getting an appointment is nigh on impossible. They just direct you to use their overly long, poorly designed, e-consult. When you do use e-consult, they take days, or even more than a week to call back. I even had one case where they never called at all. I ended up using 111 instead. My 2 year old daughter is currently sick with abdomonal pain, and the e consult call back is already a day late. I've now again had to use 111 to arrange a hospital appointment for her. Why am I even registered with this GP, if I have to keep using 111 for help??? I cant even remember the last time i physically saw a GP face to face at this practice.
