Impossible to book routine nurse appointments if you work full time in the city. I have issues booking my DEPO every time since the late night nurse left the Colhatbour site. Always given contradictory information by staff when Saturday appointments will be released (ad they no longer offer late evenings) and what dates I can have my injection from. Why cant we just book routine injections in advance rather than go through so much stress and inconvenience each time.

This practice is becoming a joke. Booking an appointment is extremely difficult. You have to first fill out an online consultation and then wait for them to call you back, which 99% of the time doesnt happen or at least it doesnt happen when its supposed to happen. You can never get an emergency appointment, they re-direct you to 111. Its the worse service I have ever received and need to change gp asap!!

It's better not to be sick, impossible to get to see a gp. Brand new building for the Kidbrooke surgery with an empty waiting room.

Id give it 0 stars if I could. Disgusting behaviour from the receptionists. They apologised but only after they sent my mum on a wild goose chase for a whole week trying to get her prescriptions between the gp and the pharmacy - shes a diabetic with reduced mobility. How could they do this?
